About Our Facility
Victory Alloy operates a 12,000 m² production facility equipped end-to-end for R&D, manufacturing, inspection and packaging. Our automated rolling lines deliver a monthly output of about 1,200 tons, while continuous refinement of annealing and microstructure control gives our CuNi strip and sheet superior ductility, dimensional stability and corrosion resistance in demanding service conditions.

Manufacturing Strength:
- Rolling & Drawing: imported production lines combining cold and hot rolling processes, with strip tolerance consistently held within ±0.01mm.
- Vacuum Annealing: multi-chamber vacuum furnaces with ±1C temperature precision, enabling oxygen-free annealing that preserves surface quality and mechanical properties.
- Precision Processing: CNC machining centers with CAD/CAM support, holding machining accuracy to ±0.01mm for cutting, stamping, slitting and custom strip/sheet work.

Backed by our own capacity and long-term partner factories, we respond quickly to small trial orders and precision custom jobs, while remaining capable of handling large-scale procurement contracts.
