Our 12,000m2 factory is equipped with complete capabilities for research, production, testing, and packaging. Furthermore, all products undergo rigorous simulated environment testing including high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion tests before being dispatched, ensuring they meet customer specifications. We also provide chemical analysis reports for every FeCrAl alloy, NiCr alloy, and other products purchased.

Quality Control

Production process control
Key production stages, such as size measurement and strength testing, are monitored online to ensure product compliance at each stage. We implement real-time monitoring during processes like heat treatment and welding to ensure that process parameters align with design specifications.
 
Finished product quality test
100% inspection of finished products, including dimensions, strength, and resistivity, ensures that the product pass rate is above 99%.
 
* Chemical composition analysis: We have two spectrometers for confirming product compositions through spectral analysis.
* Structural analysis: Equipped with an electron microscope, we can analyze the microscopic structure of materials.
* Mechanical performance testing: Tests include tensile, impact, and elasticity assessments.
* Non-destructive testing: We use an X-ray inspection machine for scanning, radiographic testing, and methods like magnetic particle or penetration testing to ensure the products are free from cracks, porosity, or other defects.
* Appearance inspection: We check the surface of the products for smoothness, and ensure there are no scratches, rust, or other surface defects.
