Pure Nickel Wire

Nickel has mechanical properties similar to carbon steel, and its resistance to alkaline corrosion is second only to silver in metallic materials. Nickel wire forms a black protective film on its surface in concentrated alkali, making it highly corrosion-resistant.

It is commonly used as an electric light source material and coating, with high surface quality and good processing performance. It is used in production work such as anodes, spacers, electrode brackets, etc. It can also be used as a guide wire in light bulbs. Product Process

4. Cooling: Cool the drawn nickel wire to cure it.
5. Cutting: Cut the cured nickel wire to the desired length.
6. Sorting: Surface treatment and inspection of cut nickel wire to ensure quality meets standards.
